가맹 상담을 위한 원활한 서비스 제공을 위하여 필요한 최소한의 범위 내에서 귀하의 개인정보를 수집 및 처리하고 있으며, 이에 귀하의 동의를 구합니다.

회사는 가맹점
개설문의에 대한 원활한 상담을 목적으로 필요한 최소한의 범위 내에서 귀하의 개인정보를 수집 및 처리하고 있습니다. 수집된
개인정보는 상담과 홍보를 위한 안내 문자또는 메일 발송 이외의 용도로는 사용되지 않습니다.
본 회사가
수집하는 개인정보는 귀하의 사전동의 없이 공개되지 않으며, 귀하께서는 언제든지 보유 중단을
요청할 수 있습니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보의 항목
회사는 원활한 상담을 위해 다음과 같은 최소한의 개인정보를
필수 항목으로 수집하고 있습니다.
• 성명, 연락처, 메일주소
또한 귀하의 선택에 따른 기입으로 개설 희망 지역을
함께 수집할 수 있습니다.
3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용기간
귀하의 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간은 3개월로하며, 기간이 경과된 이후에 본사는 해당자료를 지체없이 파기합니다.

회사는 제 1조에서
명시한 이용목적 이외의 용도로 개인정보를 사용하지 않으며, 합리적이고 정당한 이유없이 함부로
타인 또는 외부에 유출하거나, 어떠한 경우에도 영리의 목적으로 귀하의 개인정보를 양도하거나
매매하지 않습니다.
5. 개인정보 수집 이용동의 거부권 및 불이익
귀하께서 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대해 거부할 수
있으며, 동의 거부시에는 가맹점 개설 상담이 제한될 수 있습니다.

merchant. The personal information collected will not be used for any
purpose other than a reminder letter or email for consultation and promotion.
Personal information collected by the company will not be disclosed without
your prior consent, and you may request suspension at any time.

The company collects the following minimum personal information as required for
smooth consultation:
• Name, contact, and email address
You can also collect the areas you wish to open with
your choice.
3. Personal information retention and utilization
period
Your personal information is kept and used for three
months. After the period has expired, we will immediately destroy the data.
4. Providing and sharing personal information to third
parties
The company shall not use personal information for
purposes other than those specified in Article 1, and shall not transfer or
sell your personal information to others or outside without reasonable and
justifiable reasons, or in any event for profit purposes.
5. Disclaimer and Disadvantage
You may refuse to collect and use personal
information, and if you refuse to agree, the merchant's opening consultation
may be limited.
